Fame Academy – Year of 2003 tells the story of this year’s Fame Academy students – from the 12,000 who attended the initial nerve-wracking auditions through to the London finals and the selection of the final thirteen who made it into the Academy. Watch as they are put through their paces by the Fame Academy teachers – preparing to sing for survival against each other! You will see everything of life inside the Academy – including lots of material that hasn’t been seen before! The tears, the laughter, the flirting plus the praise and criticism dished out by their teachers each week.

Includes great footage from the live shows, the rehearsals, the live personal appearances in Covent Garden, Manchester and Birmingham plus exclusive interviews with both students and teachers. Narrated by Cat Deeley.

when i saw last year's dvd of fame academy i was glad to watch it. there were lots of shows except of the dvd show.
this year there is a 2 hours dvd without the final, without the videos and not even something special i am very disappointed i am glad that i have it because i can look at it and enjoy but it's not that good like last year, pay ettention if you are looking for something other than the show that was aired on BBC

waiting for ali's album , bring it on , waiting for the 12 of january...........

fame academy 2003 had everything a reality music show should have (except a really fit girl but you cant win em all).

it had a great musical talent in alex, a funny guy in alistair, a contraversial fling between pete and carolynne, judges that actually live up to their harsh reputation, some great performances and some truly awful performances

only the bbc could make a program this good as fashionable as brown trousers. it is a great shame as it is so much better than poop idol.

the 3 best performances of the series have to be: yellow by alex, california dreamin by the last 4, and heart of glass by alex again

the series was obviously made that bit special by alex who is an incredible performer and sports the best haircut the world has ever seen

buy the dvd and then pop over to the music section and get alex's album. go on you know you want to

Just bought this dvd which is great. The whole series was great and this dvd has everything cramed into it. Some great songs and performances by the students. My personal favourites include the allistair+Alex "let it be duet" and Alex with Daniel bedingfeild singing "gotta get thru this".

The dvd is great go out and buy it as it features probably the most talented artist to hit brit music in years Alex parks man that girl rocks.
