If you've ever watched any anime (Japanese animation) and been wowed by the power-pop soundtracks, then this CD has been designed specifically for you! The first 8 tracks are all taken from popular anime series, including Mobilesuit Gundam Seed (T.M.Revolution - INVOKE) and One Piece (Suiteisho-Jo - Agreement), while the last 7 tracks are non-anime-related songs that display the variety and creativity that exists within modern Japanese pop music, aka J-Pop, which on this CD encompasses power-pop, rock, funk, disco, and blissed-out pop tunes. Highly recommended for anyone with even a vague interest in finding out more about Japanese music and/or culture.
