What a wonderful package. I have always been confused by the whole subject and could just about point out the big dipper if pointed in the right direction. This software has opened my eyes, literally.
I expected the software to give me some help with what was what but the detail it contains is incredible. The addition of an introduction book and atlas of the sky were bonuses well worth having. Easy to use with out the need for instructions, but there is much more depth there for those that want to learn all the different options.
I now spend my computer time looking out the window, and am in danger of getting run over, as when out at night I spend all my time looking straight up.
A whole new world has opened up, a fascination that will last a lifetime. Corny but true.

I bought this software to see what would be visable in the sky for my stargazing hobby, it has all the tools you need to learn the constellations and other night sky objects, you can configure it to plan for any time in the future and print out a sky map. Very useful and contains lots of information.

This is a first class product, full of interesting data with easy-to-use
controls & excellent graphics.
SPACE should be a little more specific regarding system requirements
for Mac users. The packaging & user guide imply that this will run on
Mac OS X 10.1 & Quicktime 6. This does not seem to be the case: it
needs minimum Quicktime 6.3, which in turn requires Mac OS X 10.2.3
