For the dvds you get, I found this a really good, cheap option! I've never used exercise videos before, but after using these I'll definitely be buying more!

The Bikini Workout is really good - at first I couldn't take it seriously because the leotards the girls wear are the epitome of early 90s gym clobber! But as I started the workout, I found it was doing a lot of good, and it's a great workout for all over your body.

Geri Yoga is also really good; it is great for breaking into yoga as a beginner, and also quite beneficial for an intermediate level. I did this the day after a hefty night on the tiles, feeling really lethargic, and I finished the video feeling relaxed and energised!

The Pilates dvd is good for someone who is an exercise video- and pilates-virgin. Again, it was made in the 90s, so the delightful leotards are amusing! But the good thing about this video is that you are shown in depth how to stand, and postures to use.

This set is great for beginners to exercise videos!
