Simple yoga for pregnancy is very easy to follow especially if like me you are a beginner. The exercises can be practised from 14 weeks of pregnancy (I began at 17 weeks and had done no yoga previously). The positions can be practised as a whole or you can choose from the sections you want to focus on. The video is presented in a straightforward and up to date manner. All exercises are demonstrated by women at varying stages of pregnancy. I felt very calm, focused and gently stretched after just one session. I thoroughly recommend it!

I'm 18 weeks pregnant and after suffering from back ache and breathlessness I found this video was fantastic help. The instructions are very easy to follow and the movements are demonstrated by pregnant women. (The last section on relaxation is so effective that I sometimes find myself gently nodding off!)
Highly recommended for anyone who would like to prepare their bodies and minds for labour and birth.

Good simple introduction to gentle yoga positions and relaxation techniques. Quite useful for absolute beginners to yoga. Not worth considering if you have any experience of yoga.
