The pinky girliness of this fabulous fabric house belies its sturdy construction: the robust, densely woven cloth fits neatly over the poles and joints which, despite giving the initial impression of a flat-pack nightmare, are surprisingly easy for an adult to piece together and form a solid foundation designed to withstand the roughest tumbles of modern day mini-royals.

The Disney Princess Play Tent, with dimensions of 40 x 30 x 44 inches, would make an ideal hidey-hole in the corner of playroom and is equally perfect for garden use in the summer months, with endless possibilities for majestic tea parties in the sunshine. And if you don't have space to give the tent a permanent home then it is simple enough to put up or take down on a princessly whim.

Covered with images of Disney castles, romantic turrets and favourite Disney heroines from Cinderella to Snow White, the front flap of the tent opens or closes with a little help from velcro fastenings to allow the princess in your life a little privacy, or, should she so desire, to invite her fellow blue-bloods to join her in a hours of imaginative play. whilst this pop up castle looks good, it is only durable if your child likes to play alone, there are fours rods that go in each corner, these are made from plastic, which means if your child has a few friends to play in it, it wont last. one of these rods broke after five minutes, as you know children move about, one leant on the rod and it snapped in half, this child was 3 years old, she didn't weigh that much, that said they enjoyed playing in it, if only it had lasted a bit longer.
