A fantastic DVD set, with perfect picture quality (unlike any of the other Playback versions) and sharp sound quality. This DVD set contains all five of the Hercules movies, and three Hercules episodes. It also includes a 75-minute featurette The Men Behind The Myth, featuring interviews with star Kevin Sorbo and director Bill Norton and audio commentary with Kevin Sorbo & Michael Hurst. This is much better then the previous releases of the Playback versions of Hercules, and I do hope that they release Part 2 of this box set (By Anchor Bay) in region 2 format.

I have been a great fan of Hercules since it first started, so as soon as I knew it was going to be realeased on DVD I went out and brought it and wasn't disapointed. The men behind the myth interveiw was great. The quality of the picture and sound is crisp and clear. I just don't understand why Anchor Bay as yet hasn't realeased Part 2, it's so fustrating, hopefully it won't be to long. Hercules is a great addition to any DVD library and deserves to be on DVD, so its five stars all the way

I agree with Paulmcevoyl4 that Hercules Season 1 DVD Box Set Part1 isbrilliant and is a must for all Hercules fans and any DVD collection. Thepicture and sound are very clear and crisp. The Men Behind The Mythinterview is great. You can hear by the way Kevin spoke that he loveddoing Hercules and how he misses New Zealand and the people he worked withduring the seven seasons of Hercules. The fact that they are working on afilm and Kevin isn't going to be in it is unthinkable. Kevin is the realHercules and always will be, nobody can take that away from him. Hopefully it won't be to long before Anchor Bay will realease Part 2epecially as W.P is up to Season 5. It dosn't seem fair, so it's 5 starsall the way for Hercules
