disney trivia is a game that really tests the knowledge of any disney lover. it has a separate set of questions for adults and children, it is an ideal game for all the family. to play the game, you need to travel along the board and answer questions, collecting tokens as you make your way around. believe me, its worth buying!

If you are a complete Disney nut, you probably already have this game (or you should have). In the more likely event that you like Disney, but it does not rule your life, then this game is certainly worth a look at. Players make their way around the board, answering questions on various Disney movies under five categories, namely Films, Songs, Heroes, Villains and Mousellaneous. In order to win you must answer a question from each category correctly. Disks are collected to record the categories you have correctly answered (Trivial Pursuit-style) and there are also separarte questions for adults and children but in each case (particularly the children's questions) you have to have seen the movie. Therefore it helps to have watched quite a few Disney movies and not just a handful. Also, only four people cah play (unless you fancy making your own counters) but it's still a very good game and fun too!

Disney Trivia is a must for any Disney addict, but only for the addicts! Some of the questions are so hard, you'll never want to hear the words 'Walt Disney' again!
The idea is mainly the same as Trivial pursuit, with slight changes. You travel around a board in the shape of Mickey Mouse's head, answering questions on certain Disney topics as you go. There are five different topics: heroes, villains, songs, films and mousellaneous. When you answer a question correctly, you get a token representing that topic. Collect one of each token to win.
There are seperate questions for adults and kids, and this is where the game's main problem lies. Some of the adult questions (especially the ones on songs) are so hard, they'll make you want to stop playing. The kid's questions, on the other hand, are much too easy. Watch in anger when the younger players zoom around the board, while you can't get one question right! You'll probably have to develop your own rules to make the question system fair!
Another problem is that you could win the whole game in just one turn, as your turn only ends when you get a question wrong!
Still, this is a great family game, if really only for the kids. Let's face it, how many adults know, for example, why Aladdin was the only one who could enter the cave of wonders?!?
But if you're a fan of Disney, I'd recommend you to buy this game!
(And if you do buy it, I'd recommend you watch Fantasia 2000: there are so many questions on this film! And why aren't there more questions on Mickey, Donald, Goofy and the gang?)
