This CD has many very very good songs that make the CD worthwhile such as Millencolin - No Cigar and CKY - 96 Quite Bitter things. These two are just examples of the great music you can look foward to listening to. However there are a few poor songs such as Black Flag - TV Party. this is possibly the worst rock song i have ever heard! I still would recomend purchesing this CD as there are more good than bad songs. Most of the songs on this CD are punk or rock which is why i like them there are few metal songs for you metal lovers but good never the less.
Buy this cd, get a getto blaster and do extreme sports becasue they rule!!

Oh my god, if you havnt clicked to order this already you must it is brilliant full of mind breaking tracks like sabbath bloody sabbath, and nothing. There's a great mix of the old and new, well known and not heard of bands. You've gotta have pretty decent speakers to do this compilation any justice coz it only sounds good LOUD!

WOW!were do i start?
this album is BLINDIN!not only does it mix the old wiv the class from the past,(it even had my dad moshin 2 sabbeth!)
it also introduces bands that uv never heard of befor.
PLAY IT LOUD, VERY LOUD!And annoy your parents and neighbours
