These beads are excellent we started off with a small kit and have been expanding it slowly.

My child who is 5 love it and enjoy sitting and creating loads of different design and then showing them off to different people. She will sit and do it by herself for long periods of time quite happy. It is so easy to do and really encourages her consentration and creativity.

Highly recommended any of the different kits available.

I bought my daughter the princess disney hama bead box, the age on the box states 5+ my daughter who is 6 found it far too fiddley and too difficult (( and so did I (46 yrs)))
When I went into the Hama web site they are stating that the mini sets, which this is one are for age 10+ to adult and the midi sets are age 5+
I will be buying the midi set for my daughter as the beads are much bigger and the patterns are easier and less fustrating for little fingers,
as it is a good product but very misleading about the age catagory.
