Each pan's interior surface is coated with DuPont's most advanced durable Autograph non-stick material. The pans are oven safe up to 475 degrees F, 240 degrees C and gas mark 9 and come with a manufacturer's lifetime guarantee (under normal household use). The lids are oven safe up to 350 degress F, 180 degrees C and gas mark 4 and come with a 10-year manufacturer's guarantee against accidental breakage. Please note these pans are not dishwasher safe nor are they suitable for use on induction hobs.
