I bought this Juice extractor after a lot of research. I had narrowed my choice down to the Jack lelanne model off the television and the Breville JE2. As I would have to wait up to three weeks to get the Jack Lalanne model I chose the Breville.
I arrived home with it wondering what noise level to expect as some reviewers say it is very noisy. I was pleasantly surprised to find it quite acceptable. Quieter than my old 200 watt juicer and a much more refined whirr.
It was a joy to use. I found it quick and easy to use. Especially as there is little or no slicing due to its 3inch diameter loading tube. I found it very easy to clean as it didn't clog up with waste like my old one. The fact that you can put a plastic bag in the pulp container meant this dose not require any cleaning.
Unlike some I do not think the spout is too short. It is just the Juice receptacle that is not tall enough. This is soon remedied by using a taller jug.
I am 150% satisfied with my purchase and I can't imagine how the Jack Lalanne could be any better.
If you need a juice extractor. Buy this!!

I bought this juicer about 4 months ago, and i've had 4 very happy months of juicing. It'll juice anything!!! The only drawback of this machine is that it's very loud. This isn't too much of a problem as it only takes a few seconds to fill the juice container. Good purchase!!!

This is the first time I have experienced a juicer.After reading other reviews on various other models, I was at a loss as to which to choose.But this model is so easy to assemble, no fiddley bits to put together, the large pulp container is excellent, I line mine with a plastic bag and theres no messy washing up! It makes fantastic frothy orange juice in seconds, the list of combinations is as long as your imagination.
I would definately recommend this juicer, tho its not that quiet, the speed at which it juices takes only a few seconds, and its quick and easy to wash up
