This camera is just perfect for anyone. Its economical, efficient, relaiable and smart. Anyone who wants to buy a digi cam. should surely consider buying Minolta Dimage E223 Digital Camera [2MP 3xOptical].

Dissapointing quality of images, slow to use, dissapointing macro. Tried a Canon A300 afterwards (as it also does sound with video) and the Canon A300 is FAR superior than the "Minolta" (which is also sold by Trust etc). I suspect that FUJI A203/204/205 will be better than this minolta (As the images from a Fuji A202 were better than this minolta). The Minolta only has 8mb of ram, which is simply not enough - you can only fit 8 2MP images on the Minolta. When your batteries start to go low on the minolta, it starts to stuggle with focusing correctly. Have a look at my sample images on http://joshwaller.tk - as you may be pleased with the results if you get this for a bargain price.
