3.0 out of 5 stars Nice movie to watch but difficult to do it alone!, 5 Feb 2004
When I bought this video I was looking for something different from the ordinary fitness routine. It was definitely different, but in a way that I couldn't manage to follow. In spite of the reviews saying that it's easy, a part from the warm-up, streach and blitz sections that are easy but short, I've found nearly impossible to follow the sanjuro fight. Probably to learn this technique you need to join a class (and a partner to fight with!!), rather than watching a video and desperately try to repeat the moves. Another negative point is that the video is often interrupted by interviews and comments that break the rhythm of the exercises. So it's not a problem of strength nor resistance (I 'm quite fit and I didn't feel it in my muscles)but is the structure of the video that I didn't like. I give 3 stars only for the professionality of the performers.

5.0 out of 5 stars Sanjuro Training, 22 Oct 2003
By Ms Kim E Hall (UK and France) - See all my reviews
Absolutely amazing - a must to buy. I have tried so many others and been bored by the sheer repetitiveness of them all, but this was so much fun and I looked so toned up and fit now that all my friends are commenting .... a definite one to buy!
