Although many will never have heard of Frank Mills (I hadn't before I bought I bought one of his CD's in a music store one day), this artist has an unbeatable aptitute for consistently writing catchy and memorable instrumental melodies. Therefore, I would recommend this, and any of Frank Mills' other works that I possess ('Over 60 Minutes With Frank Mills', 'Transitions' and 'Music Box Dancers') to anybody who enjoys high quality instrumental music; and more melody-driven pieces.

My personal favourites in this collection are: 'Music Box Dancer', '401 West', 'Love me, Love Me, Love' and 'Wind Song'. There were only 3 tracks on the entire collection that I deemed mediocre; a record which very few known artists can match on the typical modern music CD.

Buy this CD, and look into Mills' other works as well.
