...Indeed, who would have thought that a game with such a low and quiet background could be so much fun! I bought this game, after returning a certain 'all monsters melee', as a joke. I didn't expect much out of it, but the moment i set it all up the action is intense.
A little hard to get used to the controls, but after a short time, you become a pro. If you think this game is another japanese throwback your wrong. I only considered it because it's a multiplayer game. There is zero slow down even when fighting hordes of enemies. However, dont come looking for a story. This game has a very weak story line, and doesn't have an 'rpg' style. But what it does have is immense fun with your mates. Be it a slumber party or coming back after the pub, age doesn't change your abilites or scores. One downside is there's a moderate amount of fog in multiplayer, so try and play on a BIG tv, otherwise u might pull an eye muscle :)
If I have to compare this to any other game, it would have to be a hybrid between 'devil may cry' and 'gauntlet legends', both very good games in my opinion
I gave this a 5, because it's not really worth anything less. I recommend it to anyone anywhere
