I am the number 1 Christophe Goze fan in the United States.

I first heard Christophe Goze on Arabesque and immediately fell in love with his music. His music is relaxing and reaches my inner soul. I eagerly waited for the release of this CD and am not disappointed. When I received it I could not wait to play it. I brought it to work and played it. All the music is awesome - it is light and fun. When I was playing it at work, my co-workers heard it and the look on their faces said it all. They enjoyed it so much, they did not want to leave my work area. Everyone smiled, relaxed and did not want the music to end. I look forward to more music like this from Christophe Goze.

Radar tend to appear on chillout compilations,Arabica and the Karma Collection etcetera etcetera.
Francis Peyrat (Arabica) and Christophe Goze are the driving forces of Radar and they do an excellent job!
The title of the first track 'Arabiant' could almost describe the whole album, (North African meets Ambient), except for the dancy undertones provided by subtle keys and bass that compliment the arabian beat perfectly. Mr. Goze's 'guitar and string thing' performances are the icing on the cake, (aswell as the cherries and hundreds and thousands and those little silver balls!).
If you've heard Arabica then be prepared for a pleasant surprise, the mixes on this album seem more substantial. Radar's version of 'Ya Rayah' is brilliant, far superior in comparison with the Arabica version and 'Running Away' has to be the highlight of the album with it's growly intro, uptempo beats and manic spanish string things grooving away.
My only complaint is that at 50 minutes this CD ain't long enough!
Buy it anyway, it will become a favourite!
