Product Description

The Kodak Camera Dock is compatible with select Kodak CX and DX-series digital cameras (Not compatible with DX6340), and includes a USB port for the fast and easy transfer of pictures from camera to computer. Most Kodak CX and DX cameras come with a custom insert to allow it to fit into the Camera Dock. Once the camera has been inserted into the dock, simply push one button to transfer your images to a computer. Meanwhile, the dock will recharge the camera's battery pack and act as its power supply. The dock comes with a rechargeable battery pack, and your CX or DX camera can be stored in the dock any time so it is always charged and ready to go. An LED display indicates the status of picture transfer and battery charging.

The camera dock comes with a one-year warranty. Included in the box are the dock, a 7-volt AC adapter, a rechargeable battery pack and a Quick-Start guide.

This is quite simply a must for Kodak camera owners.
For a little more than the price you pay for a battery charger and batteries you can have a Kodak Dock V2. This is a charger, complete with 2 NiMH batteries, which can transfer pictures with one touch of a button whilst also charging your batteries.
The other useful point is that it can be left in the dock to keep it safe, as well as fully charged and ready for use!
The advantages over the Dock V1 is a smaller size, with a non-slip base, as well as more advanced charging system that charges fully drained batteries the first time, the older model required you to take the camera out of the dock and then replace it to top the battery fully!
All this and £5 cheaper than the Dock V1.

I bought the docking station to recharge my kodak digital camera (facility you would expect to have included with the camera!). Really found the one step transfer easy but USB lead will do the same. Fantastic for constant recharging as i just pop it onto the dock every evening and its always ready. However, be aware that some of the batteries are useless. They wont hold their charge for more than 20 pics and the batteries run down even when the camera is off. i thought my camera had broken so contacted kodak (who were very helpful, they sent me a new battery and it is perfect. Can take more than 100 pics, use LCD and still keep going! If you buy an extra battery you shouldn't have any problems on holiday.

Excellent!!

Easy to install and great for transferring pictures quickly. Recharges battery pack provided in about 2 hrs, am thoroughly glad I bought this camera dock.
