I'm not a martial arts fan, but I watched this movie on German TV a few years ago and always remembered it to be a supercool and funny movie. "One Armed Boxer II" is also known as "Master of the Flying Guillotine", so don't be confused. Storyline: A blind old Kung Fu master learns of the death of his two disciples and leaves his mountain retreat to avenge them. All he knows is they have been killed by a one armed man. The old master uses a throwing weapon called "flying guillotine" to decapitate all one armed men he comes across. Meanwhile, there is a kung fu tournament featuring some very cool opponents and fights, including a Japanese fighter called "win without a knife", an Indian yogi who can extend his arms to punch and strangle his opponents and a Mongolian king wearing a Marx Brothers-style moustache. Very cool. Don't miss the final battle between the old master and the one armed boxer. My favorite quote is the Indian, who is actually played by a Chinese wearing makeup, saying to the one armed boxer: "The one armed swordsman is just a one winged chicken", using heavy Indian accent. The sound track features some "Tangerine Dream" music (taken from their album "Rubycon"). I couldn't believe my ears hearing German synthesizer music in a honk kong movie. Picture quality is mediocre at best, but this won't spoil the movie if you're a fan. There are no extras on the dvd except for a chapter selection. I recommend this movie to everyone not taking kung fu action too seriously, since many scenes are just (unintendedly?) funny, which is not to say there's no deep atmosphere. A real classic

although the picture quality leaves something to be desired the sheer silliness of this film coupled with it's incredible choreography make it unmissable for any kung fu fan.

there does seem to be a few scenes missing from the dvd release but it is still fantastic. comedy comes from the dubbing, the over-the-top 'stretchy-arms' fighter (think dhalsim from streetfighter II game) and the one armed boxer's ability to walk up walls. one to watch whilst sat with friends. you will all have a laugh and be impressed by the fight scenes... don't expect much of a story though.
