Product Description

Max Dire (Mario Van Peebles) is a tough cop recruited to a special police force by his girlfriend Casey Spencer (Patsy Kensit). When he joins up, Dire is persuaded to inject a serum which will apparently turn him into an indestructible crime fighter. However when he takes it he turns into a werewolf, resulting in a trail of violent mayhem.

Mario Van peebles plays a frustrated cop who can't bring protected criminals to justice. He is recruited into a vigilante group who work above the law. Eventually he discovers their secret, they are using an extract from werewolfs to enhance their strength and senses, but repeated use of this serum leads to problems between VanPeebles and the vigilante leader (Bruce Payne). This is 80's sci-fi at its strangest, the effects for the time of release are great and the story line is good if not predictable, if you like the standard good cop goes vigilante to fight crime scenario this adds a twist that is very enjoyable. worth watching at least once.

A Great Action Horror that has an Elite group of cops that Have the ability to turn into Wolf Creatures in order to take down the bad guys.The Wolf Make-up is Impressive and the story fast paced.
