This is the second yoga video I've bought and I got it because its one of a range from New World Music in the 'Mind Body & Soul' series, like the first one I tried and have rated recently.
Although this video is from the same series they are not really follow ons for each other but do seem to have a common focus on relaxation more than say 'power' type yoga.
The presentation styles are different in that this one is american but both do tell you the proper names for each position and the benefits etc.
This video is a good starting point and I think total beginners (like me) will find it challenging enough at this stage. I've done the video a few times now and each time feel I'm doing the postures with more grace and control - infact when I think how I was at first I chuckle. This isn't a glamorous video, or all singing all dancing, just a simple basic approach to everyday yoga which is what I wanted.
