Synopsis

A high school horror movie in which school nerd, Brett Bumpers, receives a mysterious talisman which grants him the power of three wishes. After using his first two wishes to ensure that school beauty is his date for the school dance and that she will fall in love him it becomes clear that evil forces have been awakened by the use of dark magic. A Sinister force begins to torture and mutilate members of the high school class, with it's ultimate target, the death of Samantha. Brett must use his last wish to protect the woman he loves!

This is a film with everything! An edge of the seat crime-horror with an ending you won't predict the second time of viewing! A relatively unknown cast brought to quality by Meat Loaf in a typical role for him, as a bad cop! This fil will scare you, make you laugh, confuse you and most of all involve you! A must for all true movie fans.

Let's get one thing straight, if you don't like horror films, you probably won't like this. The film starts off as a typical, "nerd boy gotta date the school beaut", but twists into a horror film, about a third into the story. Basically one day Brett Bumpers receives a strange tailsman, and is granted 3 wishes. Naturally Brett asks to be taken to the school party, with his dream girl, 2nd wish is for her to fall deeply in love with him.

I've always like these films, though a bit silly, I liked to see that the main character, had his wildest dreams come true, and it was funny to see that the acting, was sursprisinly solid. When Sam asks Brett out to the party, her facial expressions where spot on, like she put effort into her perfomance, and was puzzled as to why she was suddenly talking to a school nerd.

I recommend this film for anyone who likes, teen problems, and I think Alexandra Holden is fit!!!!!!!!

I watched this film at home in Dolby Prologic(tm), the sound fx made the film very very scary.

The film is about a lonely high school student who recieves a mythical statue and he has three wishes from the statue.
But every thing he wishes go wrong and sometime fatal.

There are some well known faces in this film notely Meat Loaf, who's acting although may not be great pulls off a decent performance in this film.
There are also some less well known stars in this film some making there debut, but all there parts are very well thought out and there acting is believable.

This may not be the best Horror/scary film availible but its worth buying and watching.

Just dont forget to buy a cushion to hide behind when the going gets tougher.

Out of ten I would give this film a seven.
