I consider Nancy Kerr the greatest living player of English Folk Fiddle. That's it.

No it isn't =). James Fagan is almost as skilled (In my opinion) on the Bouzouki and both of these superb musicians have individually brilliant voices, hers high and razor-edged with a purity that seems unreal, his low, gruff and very down to earth, which combine in an unexpectedly beautiful manner and make the most wonderfully compelling duo in modern folk. This album is another sterling mix of all the things the pair do well, and an essential purchase for anyone who's ever felt remotely touched by folk violin playing.

I first saw these guys at the Apple Festival in Firle, East Sussex. After the gig I bought this CD from James and shook his hand. Amazing - buy listen and love it. Great mix of trad and self-penned songs and tunes. You will not be disappointed!
