Definitely does what it says on the tin - heavy metal with sci-fi lyrics. If this is your thing then this is the album for you. Fans of Ayreon or 80's metal of the Black Sabbath persuasion will feel right at home. This is not a subtle album, which may or may not be a good thing, but it does have bags of energy and enthusiasm, which can only be a good thing. Any lack of originality in the songs is more than made up for by great arrangements, performances and the never less than thrilling Lucassen production. A must have for Ayreon fans and definitely worth a look for any prog-metallers seeking inspiration.

Excellent music, all themed after sci-fi movies and one cult tv show, but maybe not the one you would expect. Well done and enjoyable played LOUD
