Back to the House Of Hardcore for a short card, 11 Mar 2002

ECW Crossing The Line 1999 took place on the 12th of February 1999 from the Elks Lodge, a.k.a. The House Of Hardcore, in Queens, New York, for a big ECW Supercard.The main event saw a match that was originally set up for the previous month's Guilty As Charged PPV but didn't happen, but would go on to steal the show at the following two PPVs, as Rob Van Dam defended his ECW TV Title against Jerry Lynn. This was the match that set the foundations for the first PPV match a month later at Living Dangerously, how well would The Whole Dam Show and The Not Yet New Dam Show be able to feel each other out?
