5.0 out of 5 stars A definite grower, 5 Mar 2002
By A Customer
Whilst Freeek sounds quite harsh and is very easy to dismiss at first, this song really does improve on subsequent listens.

It's unique sound sets it apart from the songs that surround it in the chart. Yeah the lyrics aren't very radio friendly, but the song says one thing very clearly... George Michael is back, and he's exploring styles that other artists wouldn't even touch.

5.0 out of 5 stars George Michael is back !!!, 27 Feb 2002
This is a sort of "come back" single of George Michael after rather long silence. The last ORIGINAL material by George was released in 1998! Now, this new single is a funky dance track with something of Madonna's "Music" in it's electronical style and very modern sound. The lyrics match the sound greatly - internet related story line with loads of controversial messages that will raise an eyebrow or two! There is nothing more to say that - GEORGE MICHAEL IS BACK! Fans will love the single and non-fans will see George as a modern artist of current dance scene!

5.0 out of 5 stars the remixes are aufullllllllllll, 18 April 2002
i bought this single hearding a remix on the radio . it was georgeous.. but when i listened to the 2 mixes i was dissapointed ,, geroge doesnt sings alot and the mixes are just some clubbistic music added to some lyricds of the songs ..very bad,, i think an almighty remix would ve been great.. but the song still awesome with a freeek cd rom cover

Lyrically, George rambles about his tastes which I think we're all very familiar with, however musically we are left with an odd bird - reminding one of Guns n Roses' "My... Read more
