Having just purchased a GamecCube I wanted to get some extra controllers to allow 4 player battles on Super Smash Bros. Melee. So i checked out my local store to find the official GameCube controller at an unbelieveable price of £24.99, which i was not going to pay. (Having a PS2 i thought the official Sony pad at £19.99 was expensive) So i had a browse at the thrid party controllers and this PRO PAD caught my eye. It's orange colour stood it out from the rest so i checked out the controller, looking if it has all the features of the official controller. It did and more! So then i was expecting a high price but to my amazment it was half the price of the official controller. Immediately i knew it was the controller for me and a bought three. After many hours of multiplayer Smash Bros. and the controller got excitable comments, everyone agreeing it was as comfortable as the official pad. Being just a little bulkier than the official pad i find it more comortable. It is a strong pad so don't be worried about it failing. I cannot recommend it enough for all GameCube players out their who want a second, third and forth controller for their mates to use!

This stick is up to par with the original, and much more colourful. It even has an autofire function, also. I don't use it much, just thought I'd mention it. This controller has been thrown on the floor, thrown at the TV, thrown, thrown, thrown. This controller is actually living proof of the wrath of us humans. But it's still functional, so it goes without saying that this controller is a must have for anybody who doesn't have to have the original to match their gamecube colour. But hey, if you bring some oranges to the table, nobody is going to notice the difference.

5 words: Do not buy this controller. It is chunky, ugly (bright orange?) and the buttons slide and clunk when you press them. The worst thing though, is after just a week of owning it, the wire snapped slightly at the top and now whenever you plug them into the 'cube it shuts off. Buy an official controller instead.
