I bought this video largely due to the price and was really pleased with it, the exercises are simple to follow with clear instructions and a really relaxing soundtrack that helps you to focus on your breathing throughout. Micah's instructions are clear and very easy to follow and he gives you a great deal of encouragement along the way - something I really needed as a beginner who had never tried pilates before. I would definitely recommend this video to anyone who wishes to learn pilates and to begin exercising in a gentle way. Probably not a great video for total fitness fanatics though as it is a very gentle workout, which although you can actually feel it working is probably not strenuous enough for those who are already very fit.
