5.0 out of 5 stars Dreamer & The Pitbulls face a Triple Threat War!!!, 26 Nov 2001
By Steveweiser (Sydenham, London) - See all my reviews

Crossing The Line Again took place on February 1st 1997 from the legendary ECW Arena in Philadelphia, PA. The main event of this show, taped just two months before ECW's first ever PPV, Barely Legal (held once again at the ECW Arena), was a six-man tag pitting The Triple Threat (Shane Douglas, Chris Candido and Brian Lee) against Tommy Dreamer and The Pitbulls. Dreamer had the issue with Lee, whilst Douglas and Pitbulls #1 & #2 had the other beef. Crossing The Line Again was where these egos came to collide, and what a spectacle that was! See it only on video!!!

4.0 out of 5 stars For some reason, this video I like..., 5 Mar 2002
By A Customer
I'm not entirely sure why I liked watching this video so much. There isn't really one killer match-up. But, all in, all, its pretty damn good. The main event's good enough, especially for a six man tag, but the stand put match for me would have to be the Eliminators, possibly the greatest pure tag team in ECW history (anybody thinking Dudley Boyz deserves one Total Elimination courtesy of Kronus and Saturn) and RVD/Sabu. Fantastic action.

The ECW title is on the line in a real good match between Raven and Dr. Death Steve Williams. At the time, Dr. Death hadn't been beaten in the USA for over a decade, so this match saw Raven as an underdog, and because he is possibly the greatest ECW champion of all time, he takes Williams to a great match.

What else? Well, the Blue World Order, make an appearance, great for comedy value, as well as watching Stevie Richards in a match when he could actually wrestle.

Finally, Terry Funk vs. Tommy Rich. This is a bloody war between two out-of-shape, old wrestlers. I loved it, and so did the crowd. OLD SCHOOL!
