These and other 3D-based titles place players in the middle of elaborate gaming environments that take full advantage of the system's ability to render up to 360,000 polygons per second. The PlayStation also has the capability to display 16.8 million colours simultaneously and can support full-frame video playback at 30 frames per second. In addition to impressive graphics, the PlayStation also offers CD-quality sound. Each PlayStation disc has the capacity to store up to 650 MB of data--significantly more information than can be stored on cartridge-based games. As an added bonus, the PlayStation will even play your favourite music CDs

The history of video games is littered with translations of films--most of them bad. Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, while most certainly created around the feature film's visualisation of the Harry Potter story, is actually very good, despite being too easy for most experienced gamers. It's a fun, colourful experience even for the few of us left on this planet who have neither read the books nor watched the movie.

I have reacentlty purchased the great PSone,I bought the miniture one.I think it is amazing because of the fantastic choice of games such as wrestling,adventure and driving.What makes it even more great is the fact that you can buy a mini screen to fit into the back of your console which means you can take it almost anywhere.Everyone thinks that the PS2 is the best games console but I don't agree because PS2 can break much easier than the PSone and you can't take the PS2 out with you unlike the PSone.This games console is much better than any word I can describe it with.I would give it an amazing 10,out of 10.What a great games console.
