Synopsis

This story is delightfuly told, in a clear, concise and very visual way. It is a story with 'goodies' and 'baddies', humour and hardship, but guess who comes out on top? It is accompanied by a catchy little musical theme which accompanies each stage of the story,but unlike some 'background' music this actually reinforces the plot. My children, and others have enjoyed watching this story many times and I hope others do to.

Having watched this constantly as a child when my video was destroyed I was devastated. For years I searched for The Fool thinking in the end it had all be a sweet dream of mine and it had never exsisted. Now here it is on DVD and not worth missing! This story is beautiful, animation is beautiful and will not fail to entrance young and old. I urge people to buy it now!

I dug out some of my very old, home recorded videos from the loft and came across this fantastic film. I sat and watched it but was disappointed when the picture kept flicking and going fuzzy and liney so, I decided to see if by chance you could buy it on DVD (but I did not expect to be able to). I'm chuffed to bits that I've been able to order this film...It's a truely magical and so well animated film. With its beautiful story line, lovely music and wonderful characters, it's worth buying, whether you're young or old. Curl up on the sofa with a cuppa and some of your favourite biscuits and watch this wonderful "feel good" film this winter!
