Tae-bo 1 is the beginning of a great fitness program.

Its fun and you see the results fast and because you're concentrating on getting the moves right you don't realise how fast the time goes.

I have all the Tae-Bo videos and have been doing them for over a year, my fitness level has gone through the roof and even though I know the workouts by heart they still get my heart rate up and me sweating.

You'll love it and keep coming back for more.

You want to lose weight, you want to feel good about yourself, this is the video for you. Billy Blanks encourages you in a non aggressive way, making you feel that you can do it. He shows you different people at different stages working hard and having an absolute ball. You can see they are tired (like you are) but the adrenaline just keeps you going. I give this video six stars out of five because not only does it work your body it also works your mind and thats what makes you feel great and losing the weight is just a great big bonus

over the years i've ordered more or less all tapes from billy blanks' tae bo series. platinum 2 is a good workout, but be aware that it is a repackaging of taebo 2!
