I really like this DVD I have been doing this for a while and I have learnt all of the moves even though I usually have 2 left feet.

There is a menu so you can select the basics or the advanced which are really the same moves but the advanced give more of a cardio workout. Both menus are about 20mins so you can have a full 40 mins workout or if short of time a quick 20mins.

The live band in the background really add to the feel of this fun DVD.

Great dvd, lots of fun and lets you burn those calories. Was tough on my knees though!

This is great, you don't even realise that you've started to huff and puff. Lots of fun routines and easy moves. Exercise with a smile. I actually look forward to putting this on and dancing away for 40 minutes. Could do with a few more arm moves but I surpose this doesn't go with the dance style. Enjoy!
