5.0 out of 5 stars Explains higher-level project issues, 22 Nov 2001
By A Customer
As an experienced project manager I firmly believe that whatever the size of the organisation and the scope of the project, the key to success is a systematic approach. This course is full of practical advice on how to set-up and guide a project team to get maximum effectiveness and cost efficiency. There are some good sections on less obvious topics like communication and reporting relationships as well as expected areas like project planning and estimating. If, like many project managers I've met, you're experienced with a scheduling tool like MS Project but you feel that there are higher-level project issues you'd like clarified - this course is for you. <
