I was frankly disappointed with this album. I have a tape copy of 'In the Heart of the Young' which I was looking to upgrade to CD, as it is a great album, but I bypassed it to buy this compilation because I had heard none of Winger's other stuff. OK, I now have my favorite tracks from 'Heart ...' on CD but, frankly I think the other tracks are quite weak and not up to the standard I was expecting. Winger were a band that did not last very long, so their legacy to rock is not great, but 'In the Heart of the Young' is a far more satisfying reminder of how good they could be.

I bought this cd after hearing the winger song on the soundtrack of Bill and teds bogus journey, a great cd, good rock at it's best.

Winger are such an underated band. Seen them once at rock city notts in 91. Amazing!. This is a great collection of all their best songs. Incl. a new song. Must buy for melodic rock fans.
