NJB's Detroit friends (Moodymann, Theo Parrish etc) get to help out on this fine collection of Detroit house. This band of fresh musicians and producers are successfully blending blues, jazz and gospel over addictive, polyrhythmic house grooves.

Like Moodymann's "A Silent Introduction" and "Forevernevermore", this album flows from start to finish, and just get's better with each listen.

Stand out cuts are "Dreams", with its distinctive bassline and ethereal vocal, the deep disco of "Do you wanna party" and the tribal jazz of "Nobody".

Buy it.
