Seems good overall - I use the scenery a lot - but I can't get the P-40 to load under Win XP. By substituing a Corsair I get to play the missions, which is good, but it's a shame the whole thing doesn't work
Anyone reading this please note that I have the problem with other models in Win XP, but I have no problems under Win ME. This may be the case here too.

I am always a bit relutant to buy add-on's.
But after buying "combat aces" from the same stable earlier in the year,I thought that this one would be worth a try.
Well,I am very impressed,it's a very "player friendly" game with some of the best scenery I have seen.
The Curtis P40 Warhawk which is the "star" is probably the best looking flight sim model I have seen.
The game also features B17's and a Catalina flying boat.
Also featured are a number of ficticious missions that give you the chance to hit back at the Japanese battle fleet.
So,to sum up,this game is a lot of fun,but should not be taken to seriously as it is inacurate historically,but aren't computer games all about fantasy anyway?.
