Product Description

Synopsis
In 'Easy Rider' two carefree guys take a leisurely motorcycle ride across the southern United States after concluding a drug deal to pay expenses. In 'Taxi Driver' a Vietnam veteran drives a taxi on night shift. Witnessing the violent life all around him he decides to clean up the town his own way. 'Dr Strangelove' is the story of a crazy American General, Jack D. Ripper, who unleashes a nuclear strike force against Russia because he is convinced that they are tampering with his nation's water supplies.

5.0 out of 5 stars Rather an unusual combination, but three classics, 3 Oct 2001
Well what can you say about offering the brilliantly cynical and extremely amusing "Dr. Strangelove", with it's amazing performances by Peter Sellers, Slim Pickens etc., the gritty Taxi Driver with its dark picture of New York life through the eyes of Robert DiNero's disturbed vetran and classic road movie Easy Rider for such a low price. My only reservation about recommending this set unconditionally is that they are not the same sort of film and enjoying one does not necessarily mean you will enjoy all the others, that said if you do like these movies and haven't got them in your collection, this is a must buy.
