One of ECW's biggest early PPV's, 6 Mar 2002

When buying this video I did have higher hopes. Don't get me wrong it is very good, but I found the promo's were long and the crowd was very loud making them often inaudible, thus making them seem a pointless waste of a lot of time that could have been spent wrestling. When the violence starts, however, its top notch, proper EC f'n W style. New Jack comes down, swears profusely and kicks some rear end, Raven and Shane Douglas have a brilliant match which was built up over the two day event. It also shows Cactus Jack's last match in ECW before he joined WWF as Mankind, which is quite an emotional moment, until he destroys Mikey Whipwreck in true Cactus fashion. It was also great seeing the late 'Flyin' Brian Pillman and a young Taz destroying Chris Jericho (he wasn't such a 'living legend' then, bit smaller scale). But the highlight for me was the Lucha Libre 2 out of 3 falls match between Juventud Guerrera and Rey Mysterio Jr., its an unbelievable high risk encounter with hurricanrana's, asai moonsaults and dodgy masks all over the place!! Great for fans of ECW, but WWF only fans need not apply.

All the ECW ppv's have now been released,and now you can add another great video to your ECW selection. This show is non stop brutal action.It kind of gets emotional with Cactus Jack's farewell speech,the two out of three falls is exceptional with two great athletes. Raven/Franchise match is posibly the best match on the tape,then the 3-way dance is just typical ECW brutality as it's bets.

ECW at its best, 2 Sep 2001
This video is great from top to bottom.Great matches include,Juventud Gurrera versus Rey Mysterio Jr in a 2/3 falls match and Rob Van Dam/Sabu vs The Eliminators.Trust me Buy it now!
