Synopsis
This somber series, based on the Marvel comic book, presents the ongoing journey of scientist David Banner (Bill Bixby) who is transformed--by an accident involving high-intensity gamma rays--into the Hulk (Lou Ferrigno), a powerful green-skinned creature, whenever he is angered. His solitary search for a cure to his strange condition is frequently thwarted by Jack McGee (Jack Colvin), a tenacious investigative reporter. This collection presents three episodes of the late-1970s series: Never Give a Trucker an Even Break, Life and Death, and Ricky.

These are three wonderful episodes of the brilliant 'the incredible Hulk'
Never give a trucker an even break, finds David Banner pressed into service by a beautiful gorl to do a favour. He soon finds himself caught up in mayhem and hijacked trucks. Look out for a brilliant scene in which joanie (jennifer Darling) calls to David while he is still Hulking in and his eyes are white, errie. refreshing, light and enjoyable.

'life and Death' finds finds david offering himself up for the experiments of Dr. Stanley Rhodes. It soon becomes clear however, that something extremely sinister is afoot.

Ricky centres on a young man with learning difficulties.Mickey jones is wonderful as ricky. when ricky is goaded into risky car racing by two stooges the hulk must save the youngster from certain death. Look out for a cute scene in which ricky turns teacher and shows the Hulk how to open a can of soda pop.

This was not only great human drama, but great television you can enjoy again and again.
