This is a brilliant workout for everyone regardless of your fitness levels. I have tried so many exercise videos and this one has to be my favorite.
Billy gives you clear instructions and makes you feel like you can push yourself that little bit harder.
The instruction video is great because it gives you chance to learn all the moves before you start on the 1st workout so you're not playing catch-up constantly.
It's a very fast paced, energising video and is great fun. Highly recommended to all.

very prompt delivery,very pleased with products.i'm not the fittest of people! but these videos are great for starting u off, and lead to the advanced stage at a steady pace.
