This video has been promoted as revealing the unseen details that all we true fans of the series would love to see. Unfortunately, the video can best be described as a cut down version of the shows as transmitted on ITV. There are very few scenes which did not get shown on television, notably the first Reward Challenge and some scenes of the Ultimate Survivor being interviewed after the announcement of the winner. Apart from that, the vast majority of the video is as transmitted on terrestial television.

That said, the video does make an excellent keepsake for those who enjoyed the series, and brings back many happy memories for me.

Overall I am happy with my purchase of this video, but do not buy this video expecting many great revelations - you will be sorely disapointed.

I loved this..... but then I loved the show and this is the best bits plus a little extra.....I loved the whole 'tribal council' drama and...the catty comments and the characters and if you didn't catch it on tv you really ought to buy this....4hrs of sheer escapism...would you have eaten a caterpillar-like grub for 1 million pounds? bit of a toughie that one...but ..er? I doubt it actually....watch the survivors endure this and other weird and wacky challenges and be glad you are sitting in your cosy living room and not on that island. It's truly enjoyable...you'll love it...!
