This is the strongest album to come from the Wu stables since Meth dropped Tical 2000. It collects the classic tunes from a lot of mediocre albums which is a relief to the wallet of any Wu fan. The Gravediggaz shine on Dangerous Mindz, with slamming beats and the best verse RZA dropped in years. The sole worthwhile track from Buddha Monk's disappointing album also makes an appearance, featuring a chorus guaranteed to have fists punching the air and Killah Priest's lyricism can't fail to impress on the two tracks he features on, both backed by some of the most original sounds a Wu album has heard in years, thanks to DJ Spooky and Jon Spencer. The Wu seem to have fallen off in recent years, producing too many albums too quickly and letting their standard drop. This collects the few gems from the pile and even at the import price shouldn't be ignored.
