I 'tried my hand' at this fitness programme last summer. It was simple enough to understand and I did lose over a stone in weight, but things did not entirely 'workout'. Three sets of ten repetitions per day is a tough regime to follow! Unfortunately I was forced to quit after a week, due to acute zinc deficiency and major friction burns. I use the Pilates workout these days, which is far less draining on the body.

i was really suprised how explicit this was i disagree with the other reviewer its hardly boring i mean the lovers guide series sends me to sleep! This is totally different more into the techniques rather than talking in a step by step demonstration's
