I have used quite a few videos and was very disappointed with this one. Anna uses lots of equipment in this video (gym balls, medicine balls, skipping ropes, weights...)plus she requires huge amounts of room for many of the workouts- (since the videos are meant for use in the home, I fouund this quite ironic!). She uses a partner for some of the workouts too (not so good when you work out at home alone). I found it frustrating that there was a focus using gym tools- this wasn't mentioned on the back of the video when I bought it. The work outs are specific to tennis training, require too much room and use too many pieces of equipment. Sorry Anna!
