The Best of the available Fighting DVDS, 12 Jul 2002
By A Customer
This is easily the best of the available no hold bars fight DVDS available. It would appeal even more to people who understand the moves used ,as there is a higher percentage of skilled more technical fighters than on the UFC series of DVDs, probably because it contains the best fights of the four championships. This is not to say there is a lack of pure aggression though, as there is not. The fact that it contains Vols 1-4 on one DVD puts it right at the top of anyones shopping list. The first of the volumes is the best as, like the UFC,they were forced to start wearing gloves and are not allowed to headbutt in the later ones. Not all the fights are on the disk, but all the best ones are there. This still leaves about 20 fights so you certainly wont be left wanting. This DVD is brilliant value for your hard earned pennies, I'd heartily recommend it to anyone who is interested in extreme fighting. I would also recommend it to martial arts practitioners of any style as it is a real eye opener to what works and what doesnt.

A BARGIN BANGER, 15 Jun 2001
By A Customer
For the price alone this dvd is worthy of 5 stars. But when you actually watch the contents of the 4 shows you will be happy to reveal that this is a must have to anybodys dvd colection. Watch fighters like Ralph Gracie, Marcus Silviera Igor Zinoviev, Carlos Newton, Bart Vale, Maurice Smith to name but a few. Some terific fights and some explosive endings.

Worth every penny it costs, 19 Jun 2002
Quite good video quality, and good contents. Also if it doesn't give all the fight of the 4 events, it has the best fights of those events and for little money u have nearly 3 hours of amazing extreme fight!!! The part one is the best cause at that time head bouts were allowed and they fight with bare hands!!! after the second edition of event they introduced some more rules like no head bouting and karate glows for hands. Anyway this doesn't make the fights less interesting except that there is a bit less blood....but this doesn't change the fight.U can see in action some very famous martial artist of K1 like Maurice Smith and John Riviere, i found interesting to watch them fighting with a different style they use to. If u r interested in jujitsu extreme fighting u will be amazed by this DVD.
