BACK COVER: In every horror movie, there is a phone waiting to ring… a victim waiting to scream… a killer waiting to strike. And the only way to survive is to keep one thing in mind: stay one step ahead of the killer… even if the killer’s a klutz!

Synopsis
A parody of the SCREAM movies (which themselves parodied 1980s horror flicks), this film sends up the horror genre in a variety of ways that include slasher humour and characters with absurd names. A sexy reporter is on the trail of a killer and on the way joins forces with the rent-a-cop from the local mall to stop, or at least document, the killing of the beautiful and popular high school kids in Bulimia Falls.

This film is a very funny and, I must say, silly (but what spoof isn't silly, that's the whole point) spoof horror. Starring Majandra Delfino (also in Roswell), and Julie Benz (also starred in Buffy the Vampire Slayer). The storyline includes a modified and hilarious mixture of what happened in Scream and I Know What You Did Last Summer. Of course you can only relate to this if you have seen those two films. Aswell as liking the cast, I enjoyed the gags and stupidness of the film. A movie to see when bored or you just feel like you need a bit of stupidness.

If you have been lobotomised, or have an IQ less than 50, then perhaps this film will make you laugh (probably just the once) In 25 years of watching movies, never have i come across such an embarrassingly bad film as this, seriously, there are no redeeming qualities at all.

When I watched this movie, I tried my best to like it. I tried to like the characters, I tried to laugh at the rather predictable jokes. Unfortuantely, after about an hour of trying so hard, it became unbearable, and I decided that it was easier to just knock it off and never watch it again.
Whereas Scary Movie was genuinely funny, most of the jokes in this film are just simple predictable visual gags, and not very good ones. If you liked Scary Movie, then get Scary Movie 2 and 3. This film is a major disappointment. Avoid....
