Its free-floating, lightweight pop perfectly reflects the light-hearted humour that underpins Sandra Bullock's film about an undercover FBI agent sent to infiltrate the Miss America pageant. Beats per minute are kept at a brisk, steady pace as even old-timer showboater Tom Jones has his kitsch classic "She's a Lady" remixed and hyper-energised by electronica artist BT. The Baha Men, who let the dogs out, try for hit number two with "Get Yer Party On". A*Teens provide a smooth remake of Abba's "Dancing Queen", while Los Lobos update the Wilson Pickett R&B classic "Mustang Sally". If you like the movie, you can't help but be enticed by the soundtrack. From the fantastic ABBA cover from pop newcomers the A*Teens, to the better-than-the-original Mustang Sally cover by Los Lobos, you can't help but be drawn back to the hilarious bits in the movie that these songs are taken from. So if like me you're into rock and modern R 'n' B type music, and you've seen the movie, than buy the album, for your own sakes!!!!

The box office smash hit, Miss Congeniality, was full of great songs, and there all here on this album! Each song has its own unique style. My favourite from the album has to be 'She's a Lady' which fits in perfectly with the movie. Some of the other best ones include one in a million, if everybody looked the same and dancing queen. The film is one of the best this year and so is the soundtrack. Fantastic songs, supurb singers and a movie to take them from is the perfect recipe for a great soundtrack! I give it ten out of ten every time!!!

This album will leave you feeling like the proverbial million dollars even when you're bunged up with a cold and feel as if every day is a cloudy day. Despite the constant giggling as you remember which song goes with which part of the film, this album really will start you moving on and feeling exactly as you imagine sandra bullock does in the film. Sassy, smart, sexy, and comes with a gun. Nobody dares mess with her, or she'll make you S*I*N*G* for your trouble!
A brilliant album, definitely including some cheesier songs that you secretly love!
