Synopsis

Mr. McGee, don't make me angry. You wouldn't like me when I'm angry. The Marvel Comics character comes to life on the small screen in this surprisingly melancholy late-1970s series. After being exposed to high-intensity gamma rays, scientist David Banner (Bill Bixby) is transformed into the Hulk (Lou Ferrigno), a powerful green-skinned creature, whenever he is angered. Banner's wandering search for a cure to his strange malady is frequently thwarted by Jack McGee (Jack Colvin), a persistent investigative reporter. This collection presents three episodes: A Solitary Place, Like a Brother, and Haunted.

4.0 out of 5 stars ...you wouldn't like me when I'm angry!, 18 Jun 2001
Grrrrrrrr, go Hulk go! How can you go past this classic TV series? - now on DVD. If you grew up with The Hulk ripping his shirt & saving cute bunnies each week on your TV then you'll love this DVD. It only has 3 episodes on it, but it is 3 I have never seen before (or don't remember from 18 years ago). For a trip down memory lane, to laugh at David's flares, or to see those rippling muscles then you can't go past The Incredible Hulk.

5.0 out of 5 stars the Hulk on DVD yeehaa,, 19 Jun 2001
By A Customer
The DVD is broken up into 3 episods, each has all that 70's/early 80's feel that is so nostalgic to me now. I grew up watching this & the 70' spiderman stuf and its nice to see it back. Based on the Marvel cartoon strip designed by stan Lee, the Hulk was a phenomenon when first broadcast in 1977. Bill Bixby/Lou Ferrigno take the lead as Banner & the Hulk chased relentllessley by Jack McGee. More plese.
