4.0 out of 5 stars Great dvd but lacks official footage, 7 April 2003
By A Customer
This dvd gives the viewer a great historical coverage of the most successful grand prix cars ever made but though I enjoyed very much watching it, I must say that I was a little disapointed by the lack (or shortage) of official in-real-race footage.
To be able to watch the cars arround circuits during historic F1 events is great but to see them against their real opposition, and to watch the moments of glory of driver/machine combination is even better. One of the few exceptions: the amazing battle of Villeneuve vs. Arnoux, it's timeless!
Another fault is the fact that there are no testemonies from the people who drove, or where someway envolved in the success of the great cars.

5.0 out of 5 stars One Great DVD, 27 Jan 2003
This DVD is really great. It is all about the best ever Formula One cars that the sport has ever seen. Cars like Ferrari, McLaren, Williams, Mercedes Benz, Lotus and many others. The DVD starts with the cars of the early 1920's and ends with the Formula One Cars of today. It gives a lot of history and information on every car it shows. This is a DVD that every F1 Fan should buy because it is fantastic.
